Happy Lunar New Year from everyone at OLS! Students and teachers had a big event during lunch on Tuesday 29th of January to celebrate this new year…student performances, tasting samples, a Chinese writing workshop and much more! It was a busy and buzzing time!
On Wednesday, 29th January, the TYs went on a cinema trip to see Wicked. This was a great fun activity for all.
Yesterday, to celebrate Saint Brigid, our students created handmade Saint Brigid’s crosses and invited the school for a meditation on the power of women.
Well done to the 2nd Years for a fabulous presentation of their Business CBA’s at the CBA Fair.
The TY students had a visit today from former Dublin GAA star Shane Carthy. Shane spoke about his journey and how he dealt with his mental health during tough times, which was a really important message for our students.
