The Senior 1 hockey team played away to Loreto Balbriggan, who were top of the Senior 1 League. The girls raced into a 3-goal lead before Balbriggan got one back from a well-worked PC. A feisty second half brought no more goals, and so Senior 1s picked up another win and moved into a playoff position. Scorers – Helen Duignan 2, Hannah Long 1.
The LCA had the opportunity to have a tour of Terenure Garda Station today.
TYs had the fantastic opportunity to work with Irish author James Butler in Terenure Library this week. They took part in an engaging discussion and shared their reviews of his new book, Crying Wolf.
