Dear Parents and Guardians,
Last week I launched our attendance campaign, entitled ‘Attend Today, Achieve Tomorrow’, with our Senior Cycle students during which I outlined the impact of full attendance on attainment. I have encouraged all of our students to aim for full attendance and to schedule appointments outside of the school day. Where this is unavoidable, students are expected to return to school to avoid partial absenteeism. Over the course of this week, I will be meeting our Juniors and I attach below our campaign poster which is now displayed around our school.
