Cross Country
Well done to our athletics team that competed in the Leinster Schools Cross Country finals in Santry on Wednesday. The girls battled windy conditions as they came up against the best in the province. Elizabeth Farrelly and Emma Tisdall had good individual performances. Our junior team of Roisin Hanley Byrne, Leah Tisdall, Niamh Ryan and Alecia Maughan finished a fantastic sixth place with Roisin finishing a brilliant fifteenth. Congratulations to Roisin who will now go on to represent OLS at the All Ireland finals in March!
Playground Physics
Ms Flood’s Fifth Year Physics class explored the fun of playground physics yesterday morning. They had a great time identify the different elements present in the playground.
