A big thank you to our L5 students for organising this year’s Opening Mass, and to the Student Leadership Team, Religion Department, Choir, Music Department, and all students for their beautiful contributions. A special mention to Alannah Feeney, Bría Mullaney, Lucy Somers, and Hannah Galvin who officially became Eucharistic Ministers. We are also very grateful to Fr. McKinley for leading such an uplifting ceremony. A wonderful start to the year for our whole school community!
A huge well done to our Junior Camogie who beat Loreto Beaufort in the Dublin A Championship. It was an excellent performance from the girls and they have now qualified for the knockout stage. (A huge thank you to Faughs GAA for sponsoring the new white kit!).
The Leaving Certificate Applied Class welcomed past pupil, Deirdre Farrelly, today to talk to them about children’s nursing for their Childcare & Community Care specialism. It was a most informative and engaging glimpse into the real world of working in a caring profession.
