August pre season hockey
Well done to all of our current Minor, Junior and Senior hockey players who attended our August pre season training camp over the last three weeks. The attendance has been super and it will give us a great edge as we begin a new season in OLS colours. The girls worked hard on fitness, strength and conditioning and got back up to speed on their hockey skills and really put in the effort which was well noted by Mr Sothern. Looking forward to seeing everyone out in the next couple of weeks as we return to school!
Incoming 1st Year hockey
It was wonderful to welcome around 90 of our incoming 1st Year girls to introductory hockey training days over the last two weeks. The girls put in great effort and really made the most of the day while meeting some of their new classmates and coaches and beginning their sporting chapter at OLS. Mr Sothern and Mr Williamson were very impressed with the energy levels of all and look forward to seeing you all again in the next couple of weeks as you begin your time with us at OLS!
