A big thank you to all the first-year students who attended and generously supported the Kenya fundraiser during last Friday’s Fright Night. It was a wonderfully spooky evening, and thanks to your support, we raised an impressive €778! These funds will make a meaningful difference for the Kiboko School in Kenya.
Congratulations to Aoife Fennell (5th Year) and Olivia Kenny (4th Year) whose respective teams, Bohemians and Shamrock Rovers, won the u19 and u17 League of Ireland Cups.
Ms. Maguire’s 6th Year Art class enjoyed a day of galleries last week. The class visited the temporary glass exhibition by Maurice Marinot, as well as getting a highlights tour at the National Gallery of Ireland. They visited the Pre-Christian artefacts in the National Museum and finished the day looking at ‘The Sybils’; an exhibition by contemporary Irish artist Alice Maher at the Kevin Kavanagh gallery.
