Well done to the three U14 badminton teams competing in Dublin finals today! Two of the three teams won their finals with the third just missing out with a narrow 4-2 defeat.
Our Senior 1 Hockey team played Mt Temple today in their Cup quarter final and came away 4-0 winners. Scorers were Helen Duignan (2), Ella Meade and Lucy Breen. They now progress to play Loreto Balbriggan in the cup semi final. They also play next Wednesday against St Columbas in the League Semi Final!
Congratulations to our TY Chinese Language and Culture Class and the Chinese Culture Club for hosting a wonderful Spring Festival Gala for the 6th Class pupils from St. Pius. The event showcased a rich celebration of Chinese culture, featuring dance and music performances, delicious food and Chinese tea, calligraphy and Tai Chi lessons. A highlight of the day was the spectacular traditional Lion Dance, which helped everyone welcome the Lunar New Year in style. Well done to all involved for creating such a vibrant, educational, and memorable experience for our visitors.
We were delighted to meet parents of our incoming 1st Years last night. A great warm welcome was provided by our current 6th Years...Life moves on quickly! Many thanks to Sadhbh, Aoife, Estella and our house captains Laoise, Aoife, Hannah, Lucy and Joy for helping out.
