Congratulations to the TY students who performed brilliantly at The Leinster Debates Competition on the 23rd of October. The conveners of the competition were very impressed with all of the students from Our Lady’s, especially Gwen Murray and Megan Lynch Houlihan, who placed second in their overall group.
A huge thank you to all involved for the Dress Up Friday on the 24th of October! You helped raise an amazing €1,620.34 for Crumlin Children’s Hospital!
On Monday, the TYs had a great time for their second Development Day, some visiting town (Little Museum of Dublin, Seamus Heaney Exhibition, EPIC, visiting various churches), others going to the zoo and two of the classes staying in school to learn crucial life skills of first aid and self-defence.
6th Years had a motivating and very practical Study Skills session yesterday facilitated by BrainBox.
There is still time to register for the MS Readathon. Click here to register!
A reminder that school will finish tomorrow at 3.15pm to facilitate the 5th Year Parent-Teacher Meeting.
