Youth Assembly – Support the Recommendations

20th November 2019 by Olschool

Home / News / Youth Assembly – Support the Recommendations

20th November 2019 by Olschool

We are very proud of Saffron Ralph, L4, who was one of the 157 delegates taking part in the Youth Assembly in Dáil Éireann on Friday last. The 10 Recommendations produced by the Youth Assembly have been formally handed to the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment. An Ceann Comhairle has committed to circulating the Recommendations to all 157 TDs and to the members of the Seanad. An Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar has said publicly that he will meet with a delegation from the Youth Assembly to discuss the Recommendations.
There is an opportunity for you to register your support for the Youth Assembly’s Recommendations online at https://www.rte.ie/news/youth-assembly/2019/1113/1090623-show-support-for-the-youth-assembly-recommendations/ .
