OLS Art Department Instagram Permission Form

We are excited to launch the OLS Art Department Instagram account! If your daughter is in any of our Art classes from 1st to 6th Year including Junk Kouture class in TY, we would be grateful if you and your daughter could read the form and decide on the options available in each section of the form. We look forward to displaying the creativity & talent of our student body soon at @olsartdepartment . Only students with parental permission submitted on this form will be allowed to follow the page.
