Today, the annual Lé Chéile Pay It Forward day takes place focusing on the theme of ‘love your neighbour’. The Le Chéile Council have been encouraging all students to get involved and they’ve been sending in excellent pictures.
All students have been asked to do something to show love for someone else. Ideas include:
Preparing a gift for a neighbour who is alone or lonely (e.g. home bakes, home movie, book etc.), cooking/making something for a family member/singing/playing music for a neighbour at an appropriate distance of course!
We’re also congratulating the 6 girls (see attached pdf), 1 from each year group, for their winning entries to the School Competition ‘Inspirational Quotes For Our Times’. We all need reminders to find brightness and positivity when things are tough, so thank you girls, for lifting our spirits with your inspirational quotes! Each student has been send a €15 Just Eat Voucher. Well done girls!
