Last Friday the Charity Committee along with the 6th Year leaders and prefects hosted a wonderful Fright Night for the 1st Year students. There was a catwalk showcasing outfits, a raffle, plenty of games, songs and fun. Thank you to everyone who attended and raised money to add to the renovation work and the feeding programme at Kiboko Primary School in Kenya. We hope the 1st Years had a lovely time!
Well done to Nikishi Polgolla C6 who was invited to attend a special showcase celebrating science projects that could address challenges affecting communities in poorer countries of the world. Nikishi’s project is ‘Investigating the active components in gooseberry (nelli) extracts…’ This event was hosted by Minister Seán Fleming and Irish Aid at Iveagh House last week.
